The IHF type pump is a single-stage, single-suction fluoropolymer alloy chemical centrifugal pump, designed in accordance with international standards and incorporating the processing techniques of non-metallic pumps. This pump boasts features such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature tolerance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, non-toxic decomposition, wide operating temperature range, and the ability to transport medium temperatures ranging from -85°C to 200°C. It is widely applicable to industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, metallurgy, power generation, electroplating, acid washing, pesticides, and paper manufacturing for tasks like liquid transportation, wastewater treatment, and acid addition. This pump can handle the use of any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, and organic solvents, making it one of the most advanced corrosion-resistant equipment available today.

Installation dimensions

The pump body of the IHF type fluoropolymer centrifugal pump features a metal casing lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (F46). The impeller and pump cover are both made of metal inserts encased in fluoropolymer material, which was formed through a process of overall sintering and pressing. The shaft seal employs an external-mounted corrugated tube mechanical seal. The stationary ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic or silicon carbide, while the dynamic ring is made of tetrafluoroethylene-filled material or silicon carbide. This pump’s key characteristics include its advanced and rational design, strong corrosion resistance, tight and reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise, and long lifespan.
