The ZXL direct-coupled self-priming pump is a novel product developed by our unit based on relevant technical data from both China and abroad, after thorough digestion, absorption, and improvement. It is a pioneering product in China. Its technical performance indicators are among the best in the country and have reached an international level of excellence, offering a wide range of applications and promising future development prospects.

| 1 | Electric Motor | Directly connected to the water pump to transmit power. High-quality motors are used. The CYZ-A-L pump employs high-quality explosion-proof motors. |

| 4 | Mechanical seals | Made from materials such as stainless steel, tungsten carbide, and fluororubber. Balanced high-temperature and high-pressure mechanical seals with a long operational lifespan, do not leak, do not cause wear on the shaft, do not accumulate water deposits, and ensure a clean working environment. |

| 6 | The pump body | The discharge chamber, intake chamber, and gas-liquid separation chamber are designed using an advanced hydrodynamic model. They are both aesthetically pleasing and highly efficient, featuring installation feet for ease of installation and stable operation. |

Primary uses
1. Compact design. This series of pumps features a horizontal design and combines the machine and pump into one unit. It has an attractive appearance and occupies minimal space. Compared to conventional self-priming pumps, it reduces the required space by 30%. If an IP54 outdoor motor is used, there is no need for a pump room, and the pump can be placed outdoors.
2. Smooth operation, low noise, and high degree of component alignment. The motor and pump are directly connected, simplifying the intermediate structure and enhancing the stability of operation. The impeller exhibits excellent dynamic and static stability, with no vibrations during operation, low noise levels, and an extended lifespan for the bearings, thereby improving the operating environment.
3. The shaft seal employs high-quality mechanical seals. The dynamic and static rings are made of tungsten carbide, which is wear-resistant, leak-proof, and has a long lifespan.
4. Utilizes advanced hydraulic models, featuring high efficiency and excellent performance.
5. Easy to install, use, and maintain. The discharge piping does not require a check valve, and the suction piping does not need a bottom valve. This simplifies the piping system and improves working conditions.
6. The structure is unique and features excellent self-suction capabilities. All that is required before commencing operation is to ensure that a predetermined amount of liquid is stored within the pump’s chamber.
