The magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as the magnetic pump) typically consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupler, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupler to transmit power, with zero leakage. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupler to rotate, the magnetic field passes through the gap and isolation sleeve and acts on the inner magnetic steel, synchronizing the pump rotor with the motor’s rotation and transmitting torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is enclosed within a stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal, resulting in complete leak-free operation. The flow-through components of the pump can be made from various corrosion-resistant materials such as 304, 304L, 302, 321, 316, 316L, UB6, CD4MCu, titanium alloys, and nickel-based alloys. The CQB series magnetic pump is a new, leak-free, corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team for magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar products from foreign manufacturers from the late 1980s.
The CQB series of magnetic pumps meets the requirements of TB/T7742-95, “Small Magnetic Transmission Centrifugal Pumps.”
The CQB series magnetic pump is suitable for use in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, electroplating, environmental protection, food processing, film and photography, water treatment, and national defense. It is an ideal device for conveying various corrosive liquids containing flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare, and valuable substances. It is suitable for conveying liquids with a suction pressure not exceeding 0.2 MPa, a maximum operating pressure of 1.6 MPa, a temperature not exceeding 100°C, a density not exceeding 1840 kg/m³, and a viscosity not exceeding 30 x 10^-6 m²/s. If the system operating pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, special design can be implemented, and the maximum system operating pressure can reach 15 MPa.
