Scope of Use


The magnetic pump is compact in design, aesthetically pleasing, small in size, low in noise, reliable in operation, and easy to use and maintain. It can be widely used for pumping acids, alkalis, oils, rare and precious liquids, toxic substances, volatile liquids, as well as for supporting circulating water equipment, filtering equipment, particularly for pumping liquids that are prone to leakage, flammability, or explosion. This pump is ideal for such applications.


Model Parameters


The CQ type magnetic drive pump (referred to as the magnetic pump) is a new product that applies the working principle of a permanent magnet coupling to centrifugal pumps. It is designed reasonably and features advanced technology, with full sealing, no leaks, and corrosion resistance. Its performance has reached the advanced level of similar products from foreign countries.

The magnetic pump replaces dynamic seals with static seals, placing the pump’s flow-through components in a fully sealed state. This effectively addresses the shortcomings of other pumps’ mechanical seals, which cannot completely prevent leaks, spills, and drips. The magnetic pump employs corrosion-resistant, high-strength engineering plastics, alumina ceramics, stainless steel, and other materials as manufacturing components. As a result, it possesses excellent corrosion resistance and protects the conveyed medium from contamination.

Installation and use of magnetic pumps.


(1) Magnetic pumps should be installed horizontally; they should not be upright. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the piping. For special cases where vertical installation is required, the motor must be oriented upwards.

(2) When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump shaft axis line, simply open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump shaft axis line, the pipe must be equipped with a bottom valve.

(3) The pump should be inspected before use. The motor’s fan blades should rotate smoothly, without any blockages or unusual noises, and all fasteners should be securely tightened.

(4) Verify whether the rotation direction of the motor matches the directional markings on the magnetic pump.

(5) After the motor has started, slowly open the discharge valve. Once the pump has entered a normal operating state, adjust the discharge valve to the desired opening.

(6) Before the pump ceases operation, the discharge valve should be closed first, followed by the closure of the suction pipe valve.
