PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Model Parameters
The IH series chemical pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump. Its marked rated performance points and dimensions are equivalent to those specified in international standard ISO 2858-1972(E). It is an energy-saving product designed to replace the F-type corrosive pump and is suitable for use in various industries such as chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, power plants, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers to transport corrosive media or media with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with temperatures ranging from –20°C to 105°C.

The maximum design pressure for the pump is 1.6 MPa.
Users can select different materials for the main components of the pump’s flow-through section based on the degree of corrosiveness of the transported medium. The materials and designations of the main components of the flow-through section of the pump are as follows:
Note: In addition to the materials listed in the above table, the manufacturing plant may choose materials suitable for manufacturing this series of centrifugal pulp pumps according to user requirements. The selected materials and their designations should generally comply with GB2100-80.
For materials for which national codes have not yet been established, the use of internationally or domestically standardized material codes (such as industry or factory standards) is permitted.
Product Overview

Disassembly and reassembly
The structural characteristics of the IH type chemical pump (see illustration) are as follows: the pump casing is fixed to the intermediate support via a stopper, and the pump casing is then clamped to the intermediate support by the connection between the pump casing and the stopper of the intermediate support. The pump body is axially suctioned and radially discharged, with foot support, and can be directly fixed to the base. The suspension components are fixed to the intermediate support via stoppers and supported by suspension brackets on the base. To facilitate disassembly, an extended coupling device has been designed. During maintenance, it is possible to disassemble the inlet and outlet piping, the pump body, and the motor without removing the extended coupling device’s intermediate connection piece, thus allowing the rotor components to be removed for inspection. The sealing type of the pump employs either a packing seal or a mechanical seal, which can be selected by the user based on their needs. Additionally, other types of shaft seals that are suitable for the sealing cavity dimensions specified in ISO 3069 may be used if required (e.g., mechanical seals with wave tubes and auxiliary impeller seals).
