Model Parameters

The WFB series self-sealing, self-operated, and self-suction pump is a novel product that has been developed through the secondary utilization of advanced technologies imported from abroad.

This pump is suitable for the transportation of liquids containing solid particles, oily wastewater, and various liquids that do not easily produce foam. It enables “once-injection, lifelong self-suction.” Depending on the type of fluid being transported, it can be manufactured using stainless steel, reinforced polypropylene, carbon steel, cast iron, and other materials. It is widely used in the power, metallurgy, petrochemical, coking, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, fire protection, civil construction, industrial wastewater treatment, and household wastewater treatment industries.

Scope of Use

The meanings of columns 1-5 in the performance parameters table for the “Category Code” field: Type 1 is rectangular, Type 2 is conical, Type 3 is explosion-proof, Type 4 is outdoor-rated, and Type 5 is wheel-operated mobile. The “Material Symbol” column, consisting of the letters G, PP, BXG, Mo2Ti, and 316L, represents five different materials: Q235 steel, reinforced polypropylene, stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti), and others.

3. The complete notation of the model. Assuming the requirements for the water pump are: design as a trolley-operated model, material as stainless steel, suction pipe diameter of 40 mm, performance classification as A4. The complete model number for this water pump is: 5BXG40WFB-A4-2′′.

Assuming the water pump design is rectangular and explosion-proof, with the same other requirements as before, the complete model number of this pump should be written as “1.3BXC40WFB-A4-2.”

Assuming the water pump design is a conical outdoor model, with the same other requirements as before, the complete model of this pump should be written as “2.4BXC40WFB-A4-2”.

4. The flanges of this series of pumps are manufactured according to the standards of the Ministry of Machinery of the People’s Republic of China. The standard designations are JB81-59 and GB9115.3-88. The flange pressure for non-metallic material pumps is 0.6 MPa, and for metal material pumps it is 1.0 MPa. When the pumps are manufactured by our factory, each of the inlet and outlet ports is equipped with a reverse flange.

Product Features

1. Utilizing liquid-dynamic sealing technology, this device eliminates the shortcomings of traditional water pumps’ packing seals and mechanical seals, which are prone to wear and tear and leaks. It completely prevents the occurrence of “leaks, spills, drips, and seepage,” making it an ideal replacement for various submersible pumps, submersible sewage pumps, and liquid-level pumps.

2. During operation, there is no friction or wear on the seals, and the lifespan is more than 10 times that of vertical submersible pumps and submersible pumps.

3. Utilizing the principle of vacuum pumps for air extraction, after starting the device, it draws out the air from the pump’s inlet and outlet pipes, achieving self-suction. It is compact in size and easy to install and use.

4. The imported pipeline can be equipped with an air-controlled electromagnetic valve. After the machine is shut down, the valve automatically eliminates the suction of liquid within the pump, enabling “one-time filling and lifelong self-suction.”
