Scope of Use

· Suitable for use in acidic, alkaline, degreasing solutions, chemical printed circuit boards, electroplating solutions, water, and wastewater treatment.

The pumps are manufactured using FRPP and PVDF materials through injection molding. They are resistant to acids and bases and highly corrosion-resistant.

· Operating temperature: FRPP – below 75°C; PVDF – below 90°C.

· A dry shaft seal design is used to prevent acidic gases from entering the motor and damaging the bearings.

It can be used as a standalone unit and will not be damaged due to continuous rotation.

· Can be used in liquids containing crystalline particles.

· Can be installed either outside or inside the trough.

· Equipped with smoke-proof sealing gaskets to safeguard the motor bearings and the surrounding environment.

· The fine filter mesh of the straw box can be extended.

Installation instructions

1. When installing pumping equipment outdoors, appropriate rain protection measures must be taken.

2. When installing, ensure the surface is level and the unit is securely fastened to facilitate proper operation of the pump.

3. When pumping over a certain vertical height, a check valve must be installed to prevent back pressure. A bottom valve should be added to prevent debris from entering. When used in wastewater treatment facilities, a filter mesh should be added around the bottom valve.

4. Before conducting any tests after installation, confirm once more that the piping and power lines match the markings on the motor nameplate. Install overload protection to ensure safe operation.

5. The working fluid of chemical pumps poses a risk. Operators should wear appropriate protective gear to ensure their personal safety.

6. Please reconfirm that the piping and wiring are correct prior to starting the pump to prevent damage to the equipment.
