Magnetic pumps (also known as magnetic drive pumps) are primarily composed of several components, including the pump head, magnetic transmission unit (magnetic cylinder), motor, and base. The magnetic transmission unit of a magnetic pump consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and an insulating sleeve that is non-magnetic. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor through a coupling, the magnetic field can penetrate air gaps and non-magnetic material insulation sleeves, causing the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate in synchronization, enabling the non-contact synchronous transmission of power. This conversion of a prone to leakage dynamic sealing structure into a zero-leakage static sealing structure effectively resolves issues of “leakage, spills, drips, and seepage.”
