Model Parameters
This pump combines self-suction and non-obstructive sewage removal into one unit. It employs axial recirculation and external mixing, and features a unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channels, allowing it to function similarly to a typical self-suction pure water pump without the need for a bottom valve and water injection, while also capable of suctioning and discharging liquids containing long fibers and large solid particles. It is an ideal choice for municipal sewage disposal projects, as well as for applications in pond farming, light industry, paper manufacturing, textiles, food processing, chemicals, electricity generation, fibers, pulp, and mixed suspensions.

| 1 | Electric Motor | Directly connected to the water pump to transmit power. It employs high-quality motors. |
| 2 | Pump shaft | Coincident with the motor shaft. It serves as an extended shaft for the motor, ensuring concentricity of the shaft, which results in balanced operation, elimination of noise and vibration of the pump. The shaft is treated with chrome plating. |
| 3 | Water-resistant ring | Prevents the motor from getting waterlogged due to seal. |
| 4 | Mechanical seals | Made from materials such as stainless steel, tungsten carbide, and fluororubber. Balanced high-temperature and high-pressure mechanical seals with a long operational lifespan, do not leak, do not cause wear on the shaft, do not accumulate water deposits, and maintain a clean working environment. |
| 5 | Pump cover | Connects the pump body to the motor. |
| 6 | The pump body | The discharge chamber, intake chamber, and gas-liquid separation chamber are designed using an advanced hydrodynamic model. They are both aesthetically pleasing and highly efficient. They feature installation feet for easy installation and stable operation. |
| 7 | Impeller | Designed using an advanced hydrodynamic model. Typically, it comes in two types: single-flow channel and dual-flow channel. It features high efficiency, excellent flow-through capability, and good reliability. |
| 8 | Sealing ring | Acts as a seal between the impeller of the water pump and the pump. |
| 9 | Water release valve | When the pump is not in use for an extended period, you can open the water release valve to drain the stored liquid. |
| 10 | Bottom cover plate | When there is sediment or debris accumulating inside the pump, the bottom cover plate can be opened to clear away the dirt. |
| 11 | Chassis | The entire pump is connected for easy installation, and vibration isolators can also be installed. |
| 12 | Gas-liquid separation tube | When the water pump starts, the air is expelled through the gas-liquid separation tube, allowing the water to flow back, thereby completing the self-suction process. |
| 13 | Exhaust adapter | Connects to the water outlet pipe. |
| 14 | Water addition valve | This valve can be opened to add water when the liquid in the pump’s chamber is insufficient. |
